Summary

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new and expand existing business through large-scale adoption of our cloud security solutions within the enterprise segment. This role reports to the Regional Director of the Pacific Northwest. You will lead strategic sales cycles, engaging with technical and executive stakeholders to solve complex security challenges and influence long-term security strategies. You will work with a team focused on our customers’ business needs and the goal of building a secure infrastructure for their cloud environments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive revenue growth within Enterprise accounts and meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, reflecting Wiz values
  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to customers
  • Position and advise CISO-level executives with industry insights; maintain and grow executive relationships
  • Conduct deep research and account planning to engage senior security decision-makers
  • Lead multi-threaded sales engagements, collaborating with technical buyers and executive sponsors
  • Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunities
  • Apply effective sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or Command of the Message)
  • Build working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to align strategy and achieve objectives
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS/Security sales, selling to large Enterprise accounts
  • Proficient in value-based solution selling with focus on delivering tangible business outcomes
  • Proven track record in complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder negotiations within the territory
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and sales operations
  • Strong ability to partner with sales engineering to drive technical evaluations
  • Consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers
  • Proficiency in executing a formal sales process and familiarity with qualification frameworks
  • Excellent communication, operational command, and strategic thinking
  • Proven track record managing accounts in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystems
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation

Starting compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the salary range during the hiring process.

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may include incentive compensation.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Base Pay Range

$152,000 — $177,500 USD
