Senior Representative Inside Sales

Our client is seeking a Senior Representative Inside Sales to join their team. As a Senior Representative Inside Sales, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Representative Inside Sales
Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, WFH Mon & Fri, In Seattle Office Tues-Thurs 7:30a-4p

What's the Job?

• Support the sales team by managing accounts for food service operators and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and account changes, providing effective solutions.
• Assist in setting up and onboarding new accounts, managing delivery logistics, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Participate in business planning activities with leadership to identify growth opportunities and support sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer management system, track sales activities, and report on regional performance.

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of experience in account management or customer service roles.
• Knowledge or experience in the food service, beverage, or related industry preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales support tools.
