Essential Functions
- Morphological reconstruction of neurons
- Quality control of brain tissue sections
- Neuroanatomical identification and outlining of brain structures
- Train less experienced peers and collaborators
- Reliable and accurate documentation in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and/or other electronic files
- Contribute to and execute SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Other analysis duties as assigned

RequiredEducation and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related field
- Basic knowledge and interest in mammalian neuroanatomy and/or neurobiology
- Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience or Neurobiology
- Experience reconstructing neurons
- Experience with a Laboratory Information Management System
- Strong organization skills and careful attention to detail
- Self‑motivated, good work ethic and enthusiasm
- Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Experience working in a timeline and milestone‑driven work environment
- Experience with Python, Photoshop, Image
J, Neurolucida or other reconstructing software - May enter laboratory environment, including potential exposure to lasers, biohazards
- Fine motor movements in fingers/hands to operate computers and other office equipment; lab equipment
- This role is currently working onsite and is expected to work onsite for the majority of working hours. The primary work location for this role is 615 Westlake Ave N., with the flexibility to work remotely on a limited basis.

- $54,250- $66,450
