You’d use your communication, detail-orientated, and teamwork skills daily while working with the Project Manager to support the remodeling operations and ensure each client feels empowered, educated, and in control of their remodeling project. You’ll have access to the latest technologies and be a part of a team that wants to change the remodeling industry for the better radically. Join us on the Innovative Home Renovations Operations Team.
You’ll join the IHR Operations Team, where you will work with the Project Manager to manage IHR active kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. We celebrate continually learning, having grounded confidence, being well organized, thinking about the bottom line, and doing the right thing.
On any one day, you might:
- Frame a wall or add required blocking
- Demo a window or remove flooring
- Install wall fixtures or interior door
- Patch a wall and finish it with a coat of paint
- Install Ram board, Zip Doors, Dust Barries, Dust Extractors, etc.
- Review Jobsite Binder to determine the next day’s tasks
- Complete punch lists provided by Project Manager to finish out the project
- Track inventory of IHR tools
- Stock, clean, and organize an active job site
- Stock, clean, and organize your IHR branded van
- Meet and assist subcontractor
- Interact with a client
- Go on a material run
- Participate in IHR team meetings and training
- A crafty person who is good with your hands
- Interested in learning and practicing essential carpentry skills on the job
- Comfortable using hand and power tools along with the ability to learn how to use new ones
- Passion for customer service and delighting others with your work
- Committed to learning, problem-solving and continuous improvement
