We’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual who can work independently, is highly responsible, and thrives in an ever‑changing environment. In this role, you will monitor the quality of our geographical data and collect imagery for our Geographical Information System. During peak seasons you will facilitate our data collection shifts, which can range from 8 to 10 hours.

• Operate our sidewalk survey electric scooters to collect video and geospatial information using a mobile application.
• Collect specific data such as attributes, measurements and condition of roadway assets including sidewalks and curb ramps.
• Ensure delivery and quality objectives are met on projects.
• Collaborate and communicate with other Data Collection team members to ensure good project execution.
• Drive our collection car and operate our LiDAR system to collect data.
• Conduct visual inspections for highways and sidewalks to record distresses.

• Experience collaborating with other teams and clients.
• Ability to maintain focus and complete assigned tasks.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Experience using computers.
• Ability to ride the e‑scooter system for 8 to 10 hours and manage long shift hours.
• Problem‑solving skills in a dynamic work environment.

• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekend work.
• Safe driving record preferred.
• Willingness to travel, possibly for weeks at a time.
• Follow instructions, procedures and company standards.
• Reliability and high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to sudden changes in scheduling and duties.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Written and verbal fluency in English.
• Physical ability to lift 20+ kg, walk 5–10 km in a day.

• Previous field and on‑road experience.
• Surveying, Civil Engineering or Pavement Management experience.
• Associate Degree in science, engineering, geography or GIS.

The successful applicant will work a full‑time variable‑hour temporary position for the majority of 2026 and will report to the Data Collection Team Leader. Position involves a potential pre‑employment drug screening. Authorized to work in the USA;
Massachusetts candidates preferred, but suitable persons located in New England and nearby regions will be considered. EOE/M/F/D/V/SO.
