• Assess patient needs
• Administer medications
• Facilitate communication between healthcare professionals and patients
• Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8:00 am to 7:00 pm, typically one late night per week)
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services
• Adapt to changing situations and patient requirements with ease
• Manage multiple priorities to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain a compassionate approach in interactions with patients and colleagues
