I represent the Talent Acquisition team of one of the leading MNC Pharmaceutical company in South Korea.

Manage the medical affairs department to ensure a proper transfer of scientific and medical knowledge to marketing and sales colleagues in line with company affairs, pharmacovigilance and PMS groups to function properly and in line with company expectations

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Optimal medical marketing initiatives and leadership: Initiate & support for evidence-based academic promotion, support for academic activities (seminars, sympo, etc), organizing & support for Advisory boards (local, regional)
• Key opinion Leaders (KOLs) management with expected results : Selection & Contact with KOLs, efficient communication with KOLs for scientific issues, coordination of IIS & other academic support (ex, pre-clinical research)
• Draw up and supervise compliance with guideline and procedures to ensure clinical safety : Medical review of safety report (on demand), supervise PMS activities.
• Develop and implement a vision for the medical affairs department : Review & approval for promotional material review in compliance with SOP, support for MIS (medical information service), provide training for internal staff or external customers (on demand).
• Efficient management of employees in the medical affairs team : Visitation & goal setting, talent review & performance evaluation, coaching for career development, regular team meeting.

• Qualification : A medical doctor (minimum)
• Experience : 7-8 years within medical affairs area.
• People management experience is a must have.
• Preferably with Medico Marketing experience in pharma industry,
• Good leadership, management and communication skills
• Good understanding of Korean Pharma market and relevant regulations and guidelines,
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with cross-cultural experience, marketing oriented mindset, experience in people management (preferred),
• Experienced in interaction with KFDA and other health agencies, connected with KOLs (COPD, Oncology and metabolic therapeutic areas preferred)
