• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and system specifications.
• Provide day-to-day system support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and impact assessments.
• Support change management activities including impact analysis, documentation, and coordination of system changes.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution support, and defect tracking.
• Ensure system changes comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in audits by providing required system documentation and supporting evidence.

• Strong experience in System Analysis or Business Systems Analysis.
• Knowledge of application support, system integrations, and data flows.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes such as incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to analyze system logs, incidents, and performance issues.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.
• Certifications such as ITIL or Business Analysis are an advantage.
