Job Description Job Purpose
- Ensures delivery and management of cost-effective and fit for purpose IT platforms to support technology services to ISA and clients
- Takes accountability for complete infrastructure and network operational management including ISA data centers and external/cloud providers
- Ensures delivery of IT operations and stability, reliability, scalability within ISAKey Result Responsibilities
- Develops and implements IT Infrastructure and operations strategy, action plans, policies, and standards aligned with business needs
- Develops and implements data & recovery strategy, policies, and procedures ensuring data consistency, availability, security, and recovery per standards and regulations
- Plans, reviews, and approves data recovery solutions to enhance availability and minimize risks
- Collaborates with stakeholders to design and implement data recovery aligned with business continuity plans
- Sets and manages data backup, retrieval, and recovery procedures ensuring proper tool utilization and timely results
- Partners with stakeholders to test recovery procedures and contingency plans to maintain continuity
- Manages internal and external infrastructure, network, and Dev Ops technical experts and operations
- Oversees data center management ensuring data security and maintenance
- Sets measures and standards for data archiving, backup, protection, and retrieval within SLAs
- Collaborates with line managers to identify business requirements and manage design and architecture of infrastructure
- Develops policies, procedures, KPIs, and implements monitoring and continuous improvement processes
- Categorizes systems by service tiers ensuring service levels and availability commitments
- Forecasts demand and capacity for budget planning
- Designs and implements IT Operations action plan aligned with business continuity
