Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of homes and apartments: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and surface disinfection.
- Carry out office and commercial cleaning: workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, pantries, washrooms, and common areas, following company checklists.
- Execute deep cleaning tasks: inside cabinets, behind and under furniture, descaling bathrooms, degreasing kitchens, cleaning windows and hard to reach areas.
- Handle move in / move out cleaning: detailed cleaning of empty units, removal of minor paint/adhesive marks, and preparation for handover or new tenants.
- Support post construction cleaning: removal of dust, debris, paint spots, cement residues, and detailed wiping of fixtures, glass, and fittings.
- Provide event cleaning support: pre event setup cleaning, on event tidiness (waste collection, washroom upkeep), and post event restoration of the venue.
- Use cleaning machines and equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, pressure washers, etc.) safely and correctly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and dilution of chemicals, PPE use, and safe lifting techniques.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain professional behaviour at client sites, respect client property, and follow company grooming and conduct standards.
- Minimum education:
High school or equivalent. - 0–2 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility services.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment for home, office, deep, and post construction cleaning.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
