DescriptionThe primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. The LS is expected to represent Tire Hub professionally in all customer interaction and maintain safe driving practices, while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.
Compensation & ScheduleStarting wage: $22.65 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over the first year of employment.
Monday through Saturday – Fluctuating day shift hours.

This position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.

- Responsible for distribution of tasks including:
- General Warehousing
- Delivery Services
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Adjust allocations as business needs evolve.
- Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles.
- Follows safety standards when packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing orders and positioning them using the bin locator system.
- Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conducts cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of scheduled and annual inventory control procedures.
- Collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery transactions.
- Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical condition.
- Conducts pre/post‑trip inspections daily and reports issues to supervisor.
- Completes driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.
- Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Participates in ongoing training through in‑class, in‑person, or computer modules.
- Completes additional tasks assigned by supervisor or leadership.

- At least 1 year of general work experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 2 years of driving history with a valid license.
- Must be 19 years old or older.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
- Multitasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Accurately and efficiently loads, unloads, and places tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Can work up to 35 feet above ground level.
- Can use a forklift for up to 8 hours per day.
- Familiarity with manifest, GPS, and navigation systems.
- Must maintain a forklift certification.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Required to lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 lbs or greater, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Regularly stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb, and balance.
- May handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment.
- Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception.
- Work in non‑climate‑controlled warehouses and customer locations.
- Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) may be required with little notice.
- Driving during night or inclement weather may be required.
- Must not exceed 400 lbs weight or 6 ft 3 in height for safety restraints compatibility.
