As an Order Fulfillment Representative, you are at the heart of our customer commitment. You will have the opportunity to:

• Orchestrate the entire order fulfillment process, from entry to shipment, to ensure our customers receive their products
  on time and as promised
  .
• Serve as the central point of contact between our
  production, scheduling, and warehouse teams to proactively resolve issues and keep orders flowing smoothly.
• Act as a problem-solver by
  monitoring order status
  , expediting critical items, and communicating updates to keep our customer service teams informed.
• Ensure the integrity of every order by
  validating accuracy
  , managing shipping documentation, and maintaining precise data within our ERP system.
• Contribute to a culture of
  continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance our order fulfillment processes and efficiency.

• Bachelors degree, combined with 3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or a related manufacturing support role.
• Exceptional
  organizational skills
  and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Excel
  and experience with
  ERP systems
  . Familiarity with reading engineering drawings is also beneficial.
• Excellent
  communication and problem-solving skills
  , with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in a mixed environment of both an office and a production floor.
