• Conduct diverse and complex mechanical tests using a variety of electrical and mechanical test equipment techniques.
• Execute complex mechanical and electrical testing to validate product performance and reliability.
• Collect and analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and produce detailed reports.
• Provide guidance on test methods, equipment, and results as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and lab leadership to prioritize work and drive efficient operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts—including enhancing test processes, refining lab equipment, and contributing to product improvements based on test findings and competitive analysis.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with data acquisition systems such as Lab View and Dewesoft.
• Ability to interpret complex data.
