Front Desk Coordinator — Part-Time

£12.71 per hour, Sheffield, temporary contract, Start date Monday 5th June, end date 18th June 2026.

• Greet and welcome all visitors that arrive on site and notify the correct member of staff of their arrival.
• Maintaining security for the building by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk i.e. barrier access and issue visitor badges.
• Monitor and redirect company enquiries to the correct department.
• Using a switch bored to direct calls correctly.
• Coordinating and scheduling internal meetings, including health and safety inductions.

• Previous experience using a switch bored.
• Excellent verbal communicating skills.
• Strong administrative and customer service skills.
• Confidence working under your own incitive.

• £12.71 per hour.
• Start date Monday 5th June, end date 18th June 2026.
• Monday to Friday 8:30am – 1:30pm.
• 25 hours a week.
• Modern working environment.
