The role offers long term stability and involvement in a high value private estate refurbishment, working alongside a professional and collaborative project team.

Location: Surrey

• Managing document control on Procore
• Ensuring accurate filing, distribution, and version control of drawings and documents
• Supporting project teams with information requests and document queries
• Liaising with design teams and subcontractors to maintain compliance with project procedures

• Proven experience in document control within construction
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
