Job type:
Permanent, Full-Time | Monday to Friday.

Hourly Pay: up to £18.66 DOE, including benefits such as Westfield Health, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Christmas Shutdown call‑out programme, and Occupational Health Medical support.

• Ensure high-quality, on-schedule work completion.
• Oversee tasks such as mains laying, ducting, draw pit construction, and reinstatement.
• Perform mechanical and manual excavation techniques.
• Provide weekly safety, plant, and labour performance reports.
• Offer technical guidance and supervision on civil engineering tasks.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and implement corrective actions to meet industry standards.
• Coordinate plant and resource requirements with the Civils Site Manager.
• Communicate and uphold health and safety protocols, maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Experience:
  
  Civils Site Supervision with a strong background in the water industry preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  CSCS Supervisor Card, SSSTS training, CPCS Lift Supervision and Signalling, EUSR Blue Card.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Health & Safety: IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS (obtained or in progress).
• Strong customer service focus.
