We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of our Client, a passenger car dealership based in Dartford, Essex. Our client has a reputation for providing high-quality service to its customers and is looking for an exceptional Service Advisor to join their team.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive the best possible service when they bring their vehicles in for service or repair. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and controlling the warranty claims and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance within manufacturer guidelines. Your role will include supporting the Service department, dealing with job cards, managing the database and working as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have current or previous experience as a Service Advisor within the Motor Industry. Applications will also be considered for customer-focused individuals who pay attention to detail, can multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems. You must be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service to both external customers and the internal Service Department, maintaining the customer contact system.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with accurate use of the dealership’s Dealer Management System (DMS). Knowledge of Service/Warranty and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service are essential.

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £31,000 - £38,000 plus benefits. The experienced team will provide support and advice to develop candidates to the highest level possible.
