If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Cosmos as a Resident Services Assistant working 40 hours per week, 8 hour shift between 9am and 8pm.

As a Resident Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in upholding these values and putting students first.
Responsibilities- Provide a warm and friendly meet and greet service, reception support, and help desk assistance.
- Contribute to back-office functions, providing administrative support to the operations team and General Manager.
- Support open days, intake days, and departures; assist students, visitors, and external contacts on a day-to-day basis to ensure a seamless experience.
- Deliver cheerful and attentive reception services to students and visitors, maintaining high standards of customer care.
- Act as a role model for excellent service delivery, inspiring others through dedication and professionalism.
- Handle customer and visitor inquiries via email, website, telephone, and in person; provide accurate and appropriate advice and information.
- Operate a professional helpdesk and telephone service; respond promptly and helpfully to student queries.
- Utilize IT skills to support daily tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Address and resolve complaints as part of problem-solving responsibilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a helpful and patient attitude
- Experience using Microsoft Office software
- Quick and efficient learning ability
- Ability to present information accurately, professionally, and appropriately
- Experience prioritising workload to meet competing deadlines with limited supervision
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
