Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
Deliver high-quality meals that meet nutritional needs and IDDSI standards
Manage stock control, waste reduction, and kitchen budgets effectively
Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and infection control

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience leading a kitchen team, ideally within a care or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
