The Cruise Retail Academy is recruiting Luxury Retail Experience Leads – Fine Jewellery & Watches for prestigious shipboard roles across world‑class cruise fleets.
These positions operate within premium onboard retail environments, representing iconic Swiss watch Maison's and fine jewelry categories, and engaging an international, high‑net‑worth guest audience.

The RoleAs a Luxury Retail Experience Lead
, you will act as a trusted ambassador and connector within the onboard luxury retail ecosystem — working closely with Retail Management, specialist sales teams, and guest‑facing departments.
- Host and lead onboard retail events, talks, and storytelling‑led presentations
- Drive footfall, dwell time, and guest engagement across luxury boutiques
- Identify and qualify high‑value guests and introduce them to specialist teams
- Support the conversion of high‑ticket jewellery and watch sales through influence and relationship‑building
- Build strong rapport with VIP, Suite, and repeat guests
- Collaborate with onboard leadership on voyage planning, retail activation, and guest touchpoints
- Represent onboard luxury retail with professionalism, confidence, and credibility
This is a high‑visibility role
, focused on experience, influence, and commercial impact rather than purely transactional selling.
You may come from fine jewellery, Swiss timepieces, luxury retail, hospitality, or another high‑value sales environment.
- 2–5+ years’ experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, or high‑ticket sales
- Confidence engaging affluent, international clientele
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and hosting skills
- A consultative, relationship‑driven sales approach
- Commercial awareness and the ability to influence performance
- A polished, professional presence and strong communication skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and a results‑focused mindset
Experience hosting events or working in visible, guest‑facing luxury roles is highly advantageous.
Cruise experience is a plus, but not essential.
