Overview
A forward-thinking large format digital print & signage specialist is seeking a Sales Director who can grow into a Managing Director’s role.
The company boasts an ever-expanding client base that includes local & national advertising agencies, local government and blue-chip companies. It is known for its innovative approach, creative execution and dedication to building successful client relationships.
The role calls for a natural leader – someone who commands the respect of senior managers and subordinates alike, exudes charisma, and builds deep-rooted relationships both internally and externally. You will serve as the company's ambassador, attending meetings and representing the business to prospects and partners.
Responsibilities- Develop new business
- Grow existing accounts
- Manage the sales team
- Plan and implement a sales strategy
- Cross-sell and create mutually beneficial solutions for clients
- Understand and interpret client requirements, translating them into actionable plans
- Build credible and trusting relationships at all levels
Commercially minded with gravitas and intellect, able to add real value to the senior management team and contribute to the company’s long-term success. Strong process knowledge in the signage, branding and printing industry. Experience in developing deep client relationships and translating client needs into effective solutions.
