Role DescriptionTech Edge is seeking a senior and highly driven commercial manager to strengthen and grow our relationships with key UK clients while strategically driving revenue through upselling and cross selling our software solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cultivating long‑term partnerships, understanding client needs and delivering tailored value propositions. As our UK‑based Senior Sales Manager, you will be a primary point of contact for key accounts, responsible for safeguarding and deepening client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and strategically expanding our presence.
Role Responsibilities- Account management excellence:
Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their objectives and consistently delivers high‑quality service. - Revenue growth:
Drive revenue by identifying upselling and cross‑sell opportunities, using a consultative approach to showcase the full potential of Tech Edge’s products and services. - Client engagement:
Engage clients through virtual and in‑person meetings, delivering impactful product demonstrations and proactively recommending customized Tech Edge solutions. - Strategic selling:
Develop and execute account strategies that maximize client retention and grow account revenue. Maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting within existing accounts and targeting new opportunities. - Contract management:
Lead all stages of the business development process, including generating leads, outreach, proposal preparation, presentation, closing sales and contract negotiation, tracked through our internal NB/CRM system. - Collaborative approach:
Work closely with the global research and sales teams, providing insights and strategies that benefit the wider organization, including our Kantar Media Business Team, and report directly to the Global Sales Director.
