Our Redwood office located in Shelby Township is looking to add an experienced Dental Assistant to the team! We are looking for someone that loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals with at least 3 years of chairside experience. Redwood Dental has been serving the area for over 20 years and we pride ourselves on the family‑like atmosphere we’ve created for both our patients and employees.

• Minimum of 3+ years of dental assisting experience
• Experience making temporary crowns and bridges
• Ability to take high‑quality impressions
• Comfortable assisting chairside during a variety of dental procedures
• Able to manage a main column while balancing side book appointments
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills
• Knowledge of sterilization protocols and OSHA safety standards
• Proficient in taking and developing X‑rays
• Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software (preferred)
• Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑op care

• Assist the dentist during procedures professionally and efficiently
• Prepare and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe, hygienic environment
• Take and develop dental X‑rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2/Saturdays a month: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
