Administrative Assistant
iOps
360 is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is critical to our daily operations and customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while communicating confidently with public safety professionals.
This is a fully on‑site position that requires frequent phone and video interaction with prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and appropriately route or escalate inquiries
- Assist in the creation, setup, and management of demo accounts for prospective clients
- Support sales and account management teams with email follow‑ups for current customers
- Communicate with existing customers via phone and video meetings, providing basic assistance and routing requests as needed
- Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership
- Assist with office operations and special projects as assigned
- Maintain accurate CRM with strong attention to detail
- Support internal workflows related to demos, on‑boarding, and customer engagement
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to leverage AI‑enabled tools and automation to support administrative task, communication and operational workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Manage multiple priorities with shifting deadlines
- Motivated self‑starter capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of discretion and experience handling sensitive or confidential information
- Proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to step in and support where needed
- Associate’s or Bachelors Degree
- Background in fire, EMS, law enforcement, or another first responder sector

- Strong familiarity with public safety operations and terminology
- Previous hands‑on experience using the iOps
360 platform as an end user within a public safety agency - Experience in a SaaS, technology, or software‑based environment is a plus
This role supports the daily operations of iOps
360 and helps ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional communication. The Administrative Assistant will play a key part in keeping internal processes organized, supporting leadership, and assisting with customer‑facing tasks that help our team operate efficiently.
