1. Responsible for the overall planning and control of the warehouse, and made the warehouse work plan.2. Formulated and improved the warehouse management system and process planning, and coordinated the relationship between the warehouse and various departments.
3. Manage the consistent accounts, CARDS and materials of finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials in warehouse, take regular inventory, ensure clear division of warehouse area, clear material identification, continuous record of storage card, implement and supervise the update of warehouse ledger data;
4. Manage incoming materials, issue and finished product delivery process documents and other related work;
5. Responsible for checking the incoming and outgoing of the warehouse, checking items frequently, keeping the warehouse dry, and paying attention to fire prevention, theft prevention and moisture proof.
6. Timely report the inventory status with the purchasing department, put forward the purchase plan, and grasps the quality and quantity of goods in storage.
7. Cooperate with other departments to complete the work assigned by the company temporarily.
Position Requirements
Bachelor, 3 to 4 Years work experience 1. College degree or above, under 30 years old;
2, 3 years or above warehouse management experience; At least 2 years of warehouse management experience of electronic raw materials and electronic products in pack factory or cell factory, familiar with electronic materials, hardware, plastic shell, packaging materials, etc.;
3. Rich experience in warehouse system process planning and warehouse site management;
4. Proficient in ERP or U8 or other related systems.
5. Strong ability of planning organization, execution and implementation, and good communication and coordination skills;
Must be familiar with cell battery pack
