OnX Canada seeks a fully Bilingual Technical Analyst for a 1-year, onsite contract in Sherbrooke. This role focuses on delivering vital support for remote and in-office employees.
As a pivotal member of the Endpoint Services team, you will provide essential first and second-level Help Desk support. Your expertise will help troubleshoot issues related to desktop and mobile devices, ensuring a seamless IT experience. Additionally, you'll manage inventory and assist staff in configuring their computers and endpoint devices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer technical assistance to internal clients
• Troubleshoot issues for various devices and platforms
• Help maintain and deploy IT equipment efficiently
• Guide customers in operating their systems
• Manage software installations and updates
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English is mandatory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and JAMF
• Educational background in IT or Computer Science
• Understanding of Windows OS and networking
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
