Focus Group, a UK-managed service provider, is looking for a Customer Onboarding & Transition Specialist to join their team. This hybrid role ideally based at Shoreham-by-Sea involves managing seamless transitions for new customers moving their IT Managed Services. A strong technical background and customer management skills are essential to facilitate onboarding and ensure customer success.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT project management and excellent communication skills. You will also work closely with various departments to improve onboarding processes and support customers during their first 90 days.
