Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Build and sustain lasting relationships, guiding clients through the home buying or selling process with a high standard of care.
• Marketing & Sales: Utilize provided tools (Canva, social media, custom websites) to market properties, hold open houses, and generate leads.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Represent client interests in negotiations, advise on market value, and manage contract transactions.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage two powerful CRMs (kvCORE & Sage) and other in‑house custom CRM and digital tools to manage client databases efficiently.
• Market Expertise: Maintain in‑depth knowledge of local market trends, property values, and community insights.

• Brand Power: Association with the trusted Berkshire Hathaway Home Services network.
• Marketing Support: In‑house marketing, social media team, and free initial business cards.
• Advanced Tech Stack: Access to Dotloop, Trust Funds, Bold Trail, Video Buzz, and AI‑driven CRMs.
• Training & Growth: Hands‑on, in‑person, and on‑demand training.
• Lead Generation: Support for lead generation and, for eligible agents, ready‑to‑go relocation clients.

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑driven, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
