Assistant Site Manager – Shrewsbury
The 5
* house builder is hiring an Assistant Site Manager for the Shrewsbury area. The assistant will work closely with the Site Manager to manage daily operations, coordinate the construction team, and help ensure that high‑quality houses are produced on schedule.
- Assist in managing on‑site activities for a 45‑unit project.
- Work with the Site Manager to maintain construction standards and progress.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to keep timelines on track.
- Support health and safety compliance on site.
- Experience working for a large house builder, preferably with a similar portfolio.
- Proven track record of delivering quality houses on time.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Salary band £35,000 – £45,000 per annum, based on experience.

- Potential for permanent contract after the initial 12‑month placement.
