QA Technician

We're recruiting for a Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to join a growing fresh produce business focused on quality, food safety, and high operational standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone with QA or technical experience within food manufacturing or fresh produce who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative team.
The Role- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances
- Support audits, CCP checks, and compliance activities
- Maintain QA documentation and quality records
- Assist with microbiological testing and GMP standards
- Support production teams with quality and food safety processes
- Produce quality trend reports and support continuous improvement
- Previous QA/Technical experience within food manufacturing or fresh produce
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and BRCGS standards
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
