• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges; check each guest/patient routinely to ensure personal care needs are met according to their wishes and care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine any changes in the guest/patient's daily care routine.

• CNA license certification prior to hiring.
• Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
• Minimum of six months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent long‑term care / skilled nursing facility or transitional rehab experience preferred.
