• Travel assignment (variable shifts; details provided upon interview)

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of California
• Recent experience in Emergency Room settings
• Advanced critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively supervise and delegate to a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• BLS, ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be required)

• Deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to individual ER patients or assigned groups
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff at multiple levels
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Collaborate with physicians and allied healthcare providers for comprehensive patient management
• Apply sound professional and supervisory judgment to ensure optimal outcomes
• Ensure meticulous documentation in accordance with established standards
