Overview:
To provide technical support for Client's Engineering products to customers.
Responsibilities:
Technical support
Work with customers on technical issues via phone call, web chat and e-mail. Research and provide solutions to customers within defined period according to SLA.
Communicate effectively and efficiently to customers and internal staffs.
Product solutions - documentation
Beta testing and help to improve the product quality.
Trainings
Deliver the product trainings at the office and customer site in Worldwide (approx. 90% for Asia Pacific region) to meet the demand from customer.
Deliver the training by virtual and face to face.
Knowledge transfer for internal staff.
Sales support
Support sales closing by presentation and demonstration
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Chemical Engineering minimum
2. Min 5 years of direct working experiences. Working experience in Refinery industries is preferred.
3. Excellent communication, customer relationship and troubleshooting skills
5. Process simulation and modeling experience is mandatory.
6. Dynamic modeling, Heat Exchanger design experiences are preferred.
7. Fluent Korean speaking is mandatory. Chinese speaking is preferred.
8. English communication skill is mandatory.
8. Ability to travel (approx. 50%)
