Position: order processing logistics executive (french / german speaking)

about the job
Ensure transportation suppliers freight bill are submitted on time
Issuance of delivery note to invoicing and payment.
Discussion with suppliers to resolve documentation problems
Submission & process of approved invoices
Initiate continuous business process improvements
Process customer sales orders (quotations, customers’ purchase order with verifications)
skills & experience required
Degree / Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics
Able to read and write in french / german language to engage with french / german speaking client and business partners
Excellent in microsoft excel & SAP
Well versed with order processing & fulfillment
Understand about incoterms & usage of SAP
Able to travel to overseas for work assignment
