Technical Project Manager

Work as a team with members fromdifferent disciplines (designers, programmers, product managers, operations),bridge communications and coordinate between multiple teams

Gather project requirements anduse cases

Communicate project status tointernal or external stakeholders

Project timeline planning andmanagement. Ensure that projects can be delivered at its highest quality giventhe resources, timeline and limitations.

Work closely with project techlead and assist with technical work on adhoc basis

Manage end-to-end procurement (eg.hardware and software licenses procurement and renewal, TLS/SSL certsprocurement, tracking and renewal). This includes working closely with GovTechprocurement team and external vendors to ensure procurement process is adheredto and followed through to completion

Handle projects funding andbudgeting

Use software development toolssuch as Jira, Confluence, Kanban to scope, plan, organize, prioritize andmanage tasks for the project

Degree or Diploma in ComputerScience/Engineering, Information Technology, Communications or other relateddisciplines

Minimum 5 years of relevantexperience in the IT industry. Candidates with more than 10 years of experiencewill be considered for senior position.

Completed at least 1 large scale end-to-endenterprise project and experience in handling procurement and vendor managementas well as using, maintaining and customizing software development tools suchas Confluence, Jira, Kanban, SharePoint, Wiki

Good understanding of containerorchestration technologies (e.g. Kubernetes), API gateways and REST APIdevelopment

Ability to use different diagramsto enhance effectiveness of the documentations or illustrations.

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical,non-technical users and stakeholders

A self-driven and motivated teamplayer with strong ability in fostering teamwork and collaborations
