You will supervise and manage a group of IT Helpdesk and desktop support team for their daily operations support. You will also be responsible for improving the existing team service levels to the business users - in term of response time and providing technical solutions. You will need to participate and work closely with Infrastructure team on transforming the existing on premise Microsoft solutions to cloud or hybrid, include from Microsoft Exchange to O365, from Lync to Teams, from ADFS to Azure AD, from build image to autopilot download from cloud, from SCCM to Intune, from share folders to OneDrive etc. Other projects will include implementing VDI (VMware/Citrix/Microsoft), Citrix Netapp, deploy MDM to mobile devices/computers, etc. Others responsibilities includes maintaining and supporting of the existing production systems, such as Serena ticketing system, staff on/off boarding account management, Snow asset management tool, Win10 bitlocker/MBAM, Windows OS and software patches deployment via SCCM and also addressing Level 2 and Level 3 IT operations and technical issues.
You should possess a Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 5 years of relevant technical experience of which 2 years within a supervisory capacity. To succeed in this role, you should be well-versed in Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, SQL Server/Oracle Database, Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Cloud solutions include O365, Azure, Intune, Teams, Autopilot and etc., Citrix Xenapp, VMware, VDI, SCCM, Microsoft AD & Group policy, bitlocker encryption, Powershell, SNOW, Netwrix auditor tools and Nintex. You should also possess relevant work experience in IT and Project Management, a good knowledge of business processes and core business applications such as ERP. Other attributes include being responsible, self-motivated, good communication skills and able to work collaboratively in a global team, positive attitude and independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with prior experiences in ITIL Certification will have an added advantage.
