Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health for a nursing job in Skokie, Illinois.

Qualifications
  • Licensed RN in the state where you will be working.
  • Graduated from an approved practical nursing school.
  • One year of RN experience and clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.
  • Current driver’s license and ability to travel about 20% of the day to patient locations.
  • Consistently meets critical deadlines for charting.
  • Self‑management of time and schedule.
  • Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
