Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money

Hours:
24 per week. Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus.
Contract:
Permanent, Part Time.

As a Travel Service Partner, you’ll be part of a friendly team in one of our bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.
Responsibilities- Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
- Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
- Putting training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding team sales targets
- Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment so customers leave happy
- Working together as a team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together
- Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track
- Great communicator with a passion for great customer service
- Actively listens to understand customer needs and creates a fantastic customer experience
- Positive, can‑do attitude where no challenge is too big and a desire to make a difference each day
- Real team player ready to learn, grow and develop as part of our team
