Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money

Location:

Slough.

Hours:

24 per week. Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus.

Contract:

Permanent, Part Time.

Job Overview

As a Travel Service Partner, you’ll be part of a friendly team in one of our bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
  • Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
  • Putting training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales
  • Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding team sales targets
  • Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast‑paced environment so customers leave happy
  • Working together as a team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together
  • Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track
Qualifications
  • Great communicator with a passion for great customer service
  • Actively listens to understand customer needs and creates a fantastic customer experience
  • Positive, can‑do attitude where no challenge is too big and a desire to make a difference each day
  • Real team player ready to learn, grow and develop as part of our team
