Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager Staffordshire Up to £60,000  benefits Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee technical operations within a prestigious commercial building in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong leader with either an electrical or mechanical background to take ownership of a high-profile site, ensuring the smooth delivery of all engineering services while leading a team of skilled engineers.

Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop a team of on-site engineers Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Ensure all building systems are operating efficiently and safely Act as the technical authority on site for electrical or mechanical systems Manage compliance, health & safety, and statutory regulations Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain high service standards Support and drive continuous improvement across engineering operations Requirements Strong technical background in either electrical or mechanical engineering Previous experience managing engineering teams within commercial buildings Solid understanding of building systems (HVAC, BMS, electrical distribution, etc.)
