Location: Bickenhill
PRS is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer for a permanent position in Solihull, earning up to £32,000 per annum. The successful candidate will perform various maintenance tasks, including painting, minor carpentry repairs, and general civil maintenance at a prestigious site in South Birmingham.
This site-based role requires a strong background in the maintenance industry and offers 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Candidates should be within reasonable commuting distance to the site.
