Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development process, integrating inputs from various teams to create cohesive and functional designs.
- Develop and execute verification tests to ensure systems meet customer requirements.
- Manage the overall system quality, performance, and timely delivery.
- Address and resolve field complaints and supply chain issues effectively.
- Document processes and results in accordance with established guidelines.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to refine system designs.
- Implementing strategic tests and analyzing data to validate system performance.
- Innovating solutions to enhance system reliability and functionality.
- A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience as a Test Engineer, or five years in a related role such as Electronics Engineer, with hands‑on experience at both system and board levels in a high‑volume manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in C#, RF electronics design, and manufacturing down to the component level.
- Strong understanding of DFMA/DFT principles, schematic capture, and circuit design.
- Experience with hardware or test fixture design, microprocessor application development, and familiarity with TCP/IP and other communication/network protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to document and convey complex issues clearly.
- SQL experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
- Ability to travel up to 25% by air or land.
