Shift 1:30 am to 10 pm
includes one shift over the weekend. (Training Times in the Morning)
Customer Care Specialist needs 1+ years experience
Customer Care Specialist requires:
 Work History should include Dispatch or Customer Care experience in the Communications or Mass Media Industry in an office environment.
 (Previous work experience in telecom industry.
 Work History should show good Technical Problem solving skills with field technicians.
 Peer to peer training.
 PC Hardware knowledge through Work Experience or Education.
 Must know MS Office including Outlook and Excel
Customer Care Specialist needs:
 liaise between customers and our technical support teams to resolve issues.
 create work orders on a ticketing system for the purpose of dispatching field technicians.
 monitor the Central Management System; to identify errors for dispatch to field technicians or internal groups.
 respond to requests from the field technicians via voice, text and email.
 respond to referred issues from external and internal sources via the telephone or email.
Position Requirements
High School,   1 to 2 Years work experience
TELECOMMUNICATIONS, customer service, call center
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Very good
