* ** Job Summary*
* SHI is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee Marketing Department initiatives that support the organization's evolving needs. As a key member of the Marketing PMO team, this role will manage a portfolio of high-impact projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and departmental workflow optimization. The Marketing Project Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Marketing support teams to contribute to process improvement efforts, support the implementation of workflow enhancements, and enable cross-team adoption.

This position reports to the Marketing PMO Supervisor.

** Role Description*
* + Lead multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality standards, timelines, and deliverables.

+ Develop,maintain, and execute comprehensive project and process documentation, including project plans, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and meeting minutes.

+ Plan, schedule,andfacilitateproject kickoff, status/stand-up, and closeout meetings,maintaininga professional and polished presence in all stakeholder interactions.

+ Track project progress and manage outstanding action items across multiple stakeholders, ensuringtimelyfollow-up, accountability, and resolution.

+ Provide regular project status updates throughout the full project lifecycle, proactivelyidentifyingrisksand implementing mitigation strategies to protect timelines and objectives.

+ Build,maintain,andoptimizeworkflows within Asana by partnering closely with Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and efficient end-to-end execution.

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement, documentation, and standardization of processes within the Marketing Project Management Office (PMO).
