Somerville, Massachusetts - Temp to Perm. Pay: $27–$33 per hour. Apr 24, 2026.
KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Somerville, MA looking for an Accounting Specialist to join their team. This position is on-site with the potential for hybrid after the training period.
Responsibilities- Full‑Cycle Accounts Payable/Invoicing
- Process Accounts Receivable cash receipts, credit memos and maintain accurate records
- Month‑end AR closing, run month‑end AR reports, and prepare reconciliation reports
- Prepare and maintain journal entry backup, account reconciliations, and custom analyses
- 3–5 years of AR and/or AP experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritize workflows
- Quick Books experience is a plus
Compensation: $27–$33 per hour
