** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, managing visitor access, and supporting security-related procedures for a healthcare location.

+ Monitor entry activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to direct patients, guests, and staff in a professional manner.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed.

+ Document daily activities, visitor logs, and incident details accurately, and communicate important information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

+ Support emergency response activities from the front desk, help to address questions and concerns, and maintain awareness of security-related issues within the lobby and reception area.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
