Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Flexo Operator, based in Sonipat. The Flexo Operator will operate and maintain flexographic printing machines, set up and adjust equipment for production runs, and ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards. The role involves monitoring ink levels, troubleshooting printing issues, collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Experience in operating flexographic printing machines and related printing processes such as Printing and Print Production
Understanding of Printer Support and maintenance procedures
Knowledge in Bindery and post-production processes

Experience with Inkjet technologies and applications in printing
Attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site production environment
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in printing is a plus
Previous experience in the packaging or labeling industry is advantageous
