57 News in South Bend, Indiana is seeking an experienced Digital Executive Producer to share our journalism with a growing digital audience and join the team.

• Lead and inspire our team of producers while driving growth across our digital platforms
• Provide strong editorial leadership, mentor emerging journalists, and shape our evolving digital strategy
• Produce compelling, accurate, and timely copy covering current events in our market for multiple digital products

• Serve as an expert copy editor and strong writer with sharp news judgement
• Develop, execute, and continuously refine our digital content strategy
• Coach team members on best practices for social media engagement and audience growth
• Monitor analytics to inform editorial decisions and enhance performance
• Perform other duties, as assigned

• Minimum of four years’ experience in a tv, newspaper, or digital media newsroom environment
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms, web management, and audience analytics
• Strong media literacy skills, with the ability to evaluate and verify credible sources
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing journalists
