Senior Electrical Engineer

We’re partnering with an innovative engineering organization seeking a hands‑on Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of battery systems and high‑reliability electronic solutions.

This is an opportunity to own full‑cycle product development—from concept and schematic design through PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and production—in a highly collaborative and fast‑paced engineering environment.

• Design custom battery packs, BMS solutions, chargers, and high‑current electronics
• Lead schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium preferred)
• Drive hands‑on prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing support
• Perform DFMEA, worst‑case analysis, and design for manufacturability activities
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Support advanced applications including wearable, mobile, and embedded technologies
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a highly collaborative engineering culture

• Expertise in battery systems, power electronics, and PCB development
• Experience taking products from concept through production
• Comfortable in a hands‑on, fast‑paced engineering environment
• Embedded systems familiarity preferred
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
