As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Sales & Estimating, with additional involvement in high-end Residential HVAC sales.
Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant & EstimatorThermal Engineering is seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant / Estimator to support the continued expansion of our commercial division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering high-value HVAC solutions. This role includes estimating, creating proposals, pre‑construction activities, closing sales, strengthening current accounts, and creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate commercial HVAC estimates & proposals.
- Manage and grow commercial client relationships.
- Assist with high‑end residential HVAC sales when needed.
- Use estimating software (experience with FastDUCT preferred).
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Track leads, proposals, and project details using computer systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Assist in forecasting division workloads.
- 3+ years commercial HVAC service, estimating, or solutions sales experience.
- Background in high residential HVAC sales is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Experience with FastDUCT preferred.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Candidate must pass a drug screening and background check.
- Spanish is a plus.
