We are looking for a Customer Consultant for our Virgin Money branch in South Shields, Tyne and Wear.

This role is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, working full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. If advertised as part-time, salary will be pro-rata.

Our Customer Consultants play a vital role in serving our Virgin Money customers. In this customer-facing role, you’re the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and support with everyday banking needs. You build relationships, solve problems, and make a real difference to our customers’ lives.

What you’ll be doing

Welcome our valued customers to the branch and help them use our digital services. Educate them on the benefits these services bring. Resolve any banking queries they may have, conversing to understand their needs and propose the best solutions from our range of products and services. Collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers have the right expert advice when needed.
